TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1 "Stratton Pest Control" refers to the service provider.

1.2 "Client" refers to the party contracting the services of Stratton Pest Control.

1.3 "Services" refers to the pest control services provided by Stratton Pest Control.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

2.1 By engaging the services of Stratton Pest Control, the Client agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2.2 These terms may be subject to change. The most recent version will be posted on the Stratton Pest Control website.

3. SERVICES

3.1 Stratton Pest Control agrees to provide pest control services as agreed upon with the Client.

3.2 The Client agrees to provide access to the premises at the scheduled service time.

3.3 The Client will ensure that the premises are safe and that all pets are secure during service.

4. PAYMENT

4.1 Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.2 Late payments may be subject to additional charges.

5. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

5.1 The Client must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

5.2 Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

6. WARRANTIES

6.1 Stratton Pest Control offers a guaranteed pest removal service. New pest problems unrelated to the original service carried out do not fall under this guarantee.

6.2 Stratton Pest Control is not responsible for any damages resulting from pests following the provision of services.

7. LIABILITY

7.1 The liability of Stratton Pest Control for any claims, including but not limited to negligence, is limited to the cost of the services provided.

7.2 The Client is responsible for any damages caused by their failure to follow advice provided by Stratton Pest Control.

8. INDEMNITY

8.1 The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Stratton Pest Control against any claims or liabilities arising from the Client's use of the services.

9. CONFIDENTIALITY

9.1 Both parties agree to keep confidential any information obtained during the provision of services.

By engaging the services of Stratton Pest Control, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
